Garden Cabbage

I got these wonderful cabbages from my community garden and was not sure how I was going to cook with them.  I thought of making bubble and squeak or possibly kimchi, but my friend Samara posted this awesome recipe on her blog The Daily Avocado for Turkey-Stuffed Cabbage with Marinara and I decided to check it out.  Here is a slideshow!



She recommends brown and wild rice with it, albondigas style.  I steamed an artichoke for an appetizer and made a few meatballs with the extra meat I had left.  Please visit her site for great gluten free recipes!
